I called during after hours because our renters were having trouble with the keypad. Matt was very professional, prompt and helpful. He was able to figure out what happened got the kaba lock working again. Great customer service and I’m very happy with Resort Locksmith. Been using them for years and would highly recommend them!

Resort Locksmith sent Jacob out today to rekey some locks for us. Not only was he extremely polite but very knowledgeable. Based on his service alone we would call again. The office lady, can't remember her name that set up the appointment was extremely friendly and polite as well. Thank you.

Owen did a great job programming and cutting a replacement car key and fob for me. I’ve been in multiple times over the years for business and personal key and lock needs. They always take care of what we need and are friendly and efficient.
