With some reluctance, my wife and I both recently went for a hearing test. Our family doctor recommended Hearing Life. It was an excellent experience.The audiologist for our appointments were with Dr. Jennifer Thomas. She was excellent. She was knowledgeable, direct in her responses to questions and very patient and thorough in answering questions.The hearing test was informative. It was also much more extensive and used technology that has changed considerably.That should not have been a surprise with the extensive application of computer technology. I love Hearing Life! We drive from Panama City to Santa Rosa Beach for a good reason! Dr. Herbert is so caring, kind, and cares about my well being. She has improved my life tremendously. Excellent service and the audiologist was superb. They fixed an issue for my mother that had been causing her hearing aids to be useless. We will be Ling term customers of HearLife!
