They all work as a team, communicate well to each other, the installers and customer, and are very customer service centric.<br>Recently, we had luxury vinyl placed in two bedrooms and natural stone tile in two bathrooms. The process was seamless. Five star products and five star installers on both jobs- installers polite, diligent in their work. Jim was at our home daily to stop in and oversee the progress and if any issues needed to be addressed.
