My brother and I had to fix, list and sell an inherited property rather quickly. The realtor with Berkshire Hathaway was very skilled with suggestions in improving the prospects of a quick sell. He also checked on us along the process. He was patient and understanding with setbacks and kept us working with a positive demeanor guiding us along the way. We have been so very happy using Berkshire Hathaway. We use Eva Sutherland as our agent on a number of occasions. She is extraordinary!!! This is a charming home set on a beautiful white sand beach. The home is clean, well organized with everything you need to enjoy your stay with. I love the sunroom facing the ocean and its amazing views. It’s the perfect place for a small family to have a great vacation at the beach! I highly recommend staying here!
