Been a member for about a year, the instruction is easy to follow, the community is friendly and welcoming. A good spot for new or seasoned BJJ fans

I can't say enough about Gilmar. He is the real deal! He actually lives by the principles he teaches and it shows in every interaction. He brings the upmost care to every moment and maintains his professionalism. If your looking for the highest quality BJJ experience, you found it!

Professor Gilmar is a great teacher. He created an environment that helped me continue and to love jiujitsu. He is an amazing resource to have and if you have the opportunity to grow with him, do it!

Professor Gilmar is a founder and owner of 4 Jitz Academy USA . He is a 3rd Degree Black Belt certified by IBJJF. Gilmar has spent his lifetime advancing the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Professor Gilmar has been training in BJJ since 1998 and teaching BJJ since 2009. He got his black belt in 2009, and 2011 moved to USA to share his knowledge and help others to accomplish their goals.
