“Quick to respond and quick to repair plumbing problems. Most recently, yesterday, they replaced an aging water heater after I noticed how corroded it was while doing a requested photographic self inspection for our insurer. Heater was hard to photograph, off to the side in a tight closet, even harder to replace, but it was all done, with a new pan and couplings, in about two hours. This was on the third floor, so a lot of hauling, a lot of carpet protection, and no mess. Great company.“

“My bathtub was leaking into the apartment below mine. Cornerstone had remodeled my bathroom 4 years ago but I never used the tub. I filled the tub with water for hurricane Helene and it leaked down in my neighbor's apartment. James with Avis Plumbing discovered that a PVC pipe in the tub drain system had never had any glue on it from Cornerstone did the remodel. He repaired the leak and we are good to go. Cornerstone told me it was too long ago and didn't want to do anything about it. Thank goodness for James and Avis Plumbing!“
