Can't say enough good things about Dr. Mathusa and what he did for my mother-in-law's precious Missy, a toy Chihuahua during our recent stay on Sanibel. Dr. Mathusa cared for Missy overnight, provided peace of mind, has an amazing bedside manner, was incredibly caring and responsive, and got Missy back to happiness and health, all the while continuing to follow up. What a wonderful clinic, wonderful experience, and so appreciated!!

Wow do I feel fortunate to have met Dr. Mathusa. My pup was quite sick and Susan (office manager/teammate/wife of Dr. Mathusa) worked me in to their schedule. Dr. Mathusa was kind,compassionate, spent time with my me/my pup (very gentle with my pup), explained everything he was seeing/uncovering, provided perfect care (discussed options--gave me three paths we could take--did NOT try to include services/options that would have cost and been likely unnecessary).
