I’ve been using Wilco to service my AC for over 10 years. When i needed a new unit they installed it. Staff has always been honest, professional and courteous. I trust them to keep me cool all summer long!
Wilco company as a whole is amazing. The office staff is always so friendly. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are also very affordable and fair. We wouldn't use anyone else.
I bought a$5000 unit 2 years ago. It stopped working. Wilco charged me $85 to say that I need a new fan motor. $215 for lador only, parts and covered with warranty!!! I'm waiting for the owner to return my call to rectify this!!! Update, the owner agrees to doing the 20 minutes job for $105. We will see tomorrow. Update, the owner made it right!!!!
