The True Health Pharmacy in Sanford is Truly Awesome. If you need a refill but you don't have any refills left, Kandis the Technician is so Great that she contacted my provider and not only got the order she refilled my meds and Called me to let me know my refill was ready. They Never Did That in New York. Also I have to mention ladi. Hope I spelled your name correctly. So the technician Ladi, OMG She is the nicest person. A Truly kind Heart.
I want to also mention the Young Lady That Works at the reception desk. I don't know her name but she's the only other person I have ever met that uses the phrase AWESOME SAUCE.
I drive 20 miles to get here and see Dr.Oo. I’ve had a great experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful and the doctor is the best. He actually listens and reacts with solutions. I don’t understand the negative comments, if you’re rude to people you won’t get a great response.
From my experience over 13 years now, I've received the Best upmost professional care & services from all True Health Staff & Physicians, especially Doctor Oostwoulder he's very thorough and straightforward to all my concerns and would do whatever it takes to help .... Thanks Much!!!
