Southern Pool Design was not our first choice to create the pool for our home, but I am so glad they were our final choice! The team of Mark, Imelda, and Amelia made our pool dream come true. Our first meeting was with Mark the GM and Imelda the in-house design engineer. They listened to us and created a design to meet our needs and desires. Was it right the first time? Of course not, but this was where having an in-house engineer made it so easy. We made ten changes to our design before finally getting what we wanted. We had our pool built by Southern this spring. This is the second pool we've built and the contrast was night and day. The design was amazing. They were very collaborative and worked with us to bring the design we had in mind. The build was great. It was completed on time. We absolutely love it. We are out there almost every night and in the pool as much as possible. One of my neighbors described it as a "Sexy Pool". We are still working on our outside kitchen but we are very happy with the results.
After multiple bids for a pool we went with Southern Pool Designs because of the selections available and their inhouse pool designed, Imelda, was super fun to work with. Even when we encountered an issue with the build, Southern Pools worked with us to resolve the issue quickly. After pool completion they were still available to help us with any questions. Love our pool!
