If you can, go to a different Doctor. This office is understaffed and the reception desk can be rude. They repeatedly overbook appointments every single day. They hassle you about being on time, they'll threaten not to see you if your 10 mins late, but they'll have you sitting in the office waiting for over an hour even if you get there early or on time. Makes no sense. The office is just ran very poorly. The general care is okay, but the overall experience really sucks. I would not recommend this office unless there is no other option. That's for the orange city location too, you'll get the same treatment.

Worthless for my 86 year old mother.They won't answer the phone! Get put on hold for 20 minutes and FINALLY get a chance to leave a voicemail...and they never call back.They messed up TWO of her scheduled surgery appointments.My brother and I are jumping thru hoops to get her there, and "Oh. We'll have to reshedule. We'll call you".Never heard a peep neither time. I had to physically stuff a note in the door (after hours) to get them to call me.They're just an insurance farm and could care less about quality service.

A professional NOT a professional service. I have an appointment was made on April 23rd at 9:30am at their Sanford office. I arrived their Sanford office at 9:20am. But their doors were locked. I went to next door to their business card, called their office, waiting for around 10 minutes on the phone. Was told that the Sanford office is not open,(but their website says open now), she gives me the Orange City office address for the this appointment . GPS shows its take 17 minutes to Orange City office from Sanford office. While I was driving on the highway will be there in about 6 minutes, she called me back that I only have 2 minutes left for the appointment , they can't service me today. Waste my time with it. They change location should notice patient at the previous time reminders , never recommend my medicine doctors send a referral to them.
