My husband and i are retired and to save a few dollars we changed our insurance. one of the places that accepts our new vision insurance is that outlet in the mall. we looked around and i didn't find something i fell in love with until i spoke to the manager Sarah she had glasses on that i absolutely loved. speaking to her she said she did get them there a while back but the store no longer stocked them. Excellent experience.Sara provided excellent customer service. Our glasses were ready in exactly a week. They have a good variety of frames and the quality of the lens are great.Would definitely recommend this place.Again, thank you Sara for your help!!

This place used to be great but it's going down the hill.I went in for my appointment and nobody acknowledge me there, had to go up to them and let them know I was there for my appointment. The Dr. Didn't even dilated my eye's or even asked,that's usually routine.The staff said they will call me when Glasses are ready,they never did,I tried calling but they never answer the phones or even call you back when you leave a message,smh.I had to go online to check if it was ready.Online ask for a order # which they never gave me,luckily they can look me up by name /phone #,my glasses had been ready 5days ago.Will not be going back to this place again.
