Below was my disturbing and unacceptable experience, ... PLEASE READ ... so my I recommendation would be to use every precaution when leaving your laundry there!! THIS IS IMPORTANT AND FOR YOUR INFO!!! This is a long story, but I am going to try and shorten it ... I must get the point across and it’s too bad that I have to do this, but their lack of responsibility, accountability or consideration has led me to writing this. This is important and people should know!!! We brought our laundry in for the wash and fold service while visiting Florida last month. I had it sorted into 5 bags/pillowcases. The employee that was working that day convinced us that if a bag did not weigh 12lbs. we would be charged regardless for 12lbs. We had been there before and that had not been an issue. So for resolution I combined 3 bags into 1 bag. That bag had my clothes and a set of sheets. We were then charged for the 3 bags coming to $36.00, so 28 lbs at $1.25 per lb. We paid and left entrusting our laundry with the employee. When we came back a few days later to get our laundry, we were given a nicely wrapped 1 clear blue plastic bag. The owner and his wife were working that day. I was surprised that everything was in just one bag. I could see my husband’s clothes and towels we had brought in. At a glance I DID NOT SEE OUR SHEETS that were gray and white diagonal and should have been visible. I asked about them, the wife opened the bag, kind of looked inside, then closed it. I then asked they weigh the bag. That weight was 16 lbs. SO WHERE WAS/ARE THE OTHER 12 lbs??? The wife walked away and her husband told me to check at home and then said something about not being responsible. That sure turned out to be true!! But then who is responsible for my laundry left, paid for in advance, left for them to wash and fold??? I trusted them with our laundry!!!!! Then over a 3rd missing when we came back to get our clean laundry!!!!!! I was so hoping that maybe the sheets would be mixed in with the towels. In all the confusion I didn’t even think about my clothes??? Everything that was in the combined bag is MISSING!!!!!! My clothes and a set of sheets!!!!!!! We stopped back by and talked with the employee that took our laundry in and she was not helpful. She says they have a system. The owner has not been helpful, either. I sent them an email with the things that are missing, not a word from anyone!! I was hoping that if my things accidentally went out to someone else, they would honorably be returned!! I can be specific because we are traveling and I know what I have with me. Since we are traveling and have left Florida for now, we have called and our calls are not being answered. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL ... what a terribly disappointing way to treat a customer!!!

Very friendly place very clean and well keeped up. This was my 1st time there and I will make the 20 min drive to go back again.

Best laundry mat in town the owner is very nice and the place is very clean
