I am very please with the professional services i was provided .. i was in a rutt and karla provided the upmost service she went above and beyond for me as i was in debt with the irs and she filed The IRS penalty abatement and the IRS hardship totally not expecting a refund but to just fix my tax problem \\u0026 to our surprise i did recieve a refund .. i am forever grateful for her and her professional timely services i highly recommend her services thanks again karla
