From start to finish there was great communication and service. Deb in the office coordinated everything from permits to placement and was even able to have our generator start up appointment moved forward so we could be ready just in case for Hurricane Helene moving through the next morning! Thanks to John for working through the rain bands to get that done!

I am rating a five-star experience only because of the representative. The previous representative made a mistake and switched my unit from gas to propane. As a result it has been struggling ever since and Mark has now corrected the situation. This is a pretty serious problem and the representative needs to be made aware of this mistake.
My first service experience with Genstar was excellent. The technician CJ arrived during the promised time frame and was professional and personable. He provided a wealth of useful information on my generator. I look forward to doing business with Genstar for all of my whole house generator needs.
