I have been going to Burnnette for almost 2 years she's been the only one that corrected my cystic acne and has also cleared my hidradenitis. She might be quick but she's effective.“

“I don't ever leave reviews, but I had to for Dr. Torres. Dr Torres and her front office staff are amazing. So kind, genuine, and just simply amazing. They made me feel so welcome, and Dr. Torres, really listened to my concerns and wanted to find the root of the problem rather than just a quick solution. “My wife and stepdaughters go here, so I made an appointment.They are very professional here from the doctor to front desk.Everything went smoothly. The 3 locations they removed questionable areas healed properly.the only issue I have at this point is the billing department.I got 2 bills in the mail for the full amount of service. The bills do not show that my insurance paid for anything, so I had questions.I called and left a message with the billing department to call me back. It has been over week and I still have unanswered questions.It would be nice to get a call back. Billing department is the only questionable part of this practice. Not very professional to not call a patient back. I'm not planning on paying the bill until I am sure my insurance has paid their share.“
