Del Air is the most over priced company in Florida... as someone who used to work for them...They fired half of our company employees so they could save money and charge you more for a new HVAC system. They are the most expensive overpriced company in Florida. Their techs will come our for a regular maintenance and mess up your unit. can't tell you how many times I got screamed at for our techs breaking things. they send out sales people if your unit is older. and try to force you into a new sale. Their employees work themselves to death. half of our department has high blood pressure issues bc they are disorganized and instead of having proper management us customer service representatives take all the heat. that job almost killed me. and no thank yous or anything. Bob Dello russo would roll in his grave if he knew what kind of new leadership is in force. they don't care about their employees or their customers all they want is your money.. the install department is a joke... if you get a new unit from these people not only will you overpay but they will do a s***** job installing it and this is coming from someone that used to work there.
