We had several people give us estimates, but Carlton explained our options, and he was willing to work with items we wanted to keep and change. We really wanted to keep our marble backslash. The other companies explain that they couldn't guarantee that it would stay in place. Carlton said he would personally help my husband remove the countertop in order to protect our backsplash. It wasn't an easy job, but the backsplashed survived. Who does that these days? He went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend his company. He team continued to show the same effort and concern throughout the project.“
