Very kind and welcoming environment the staff treats everyone like they are family and sometimes they even have little snacks there for the guest to nibble on while waiting. The doctor is very thorough in helping patient get the best prescriptions for eyes. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is when allowing patient choose to color for contacts instead of sending them home with a sample for one eye. Please consider giving them a set instead so they can see the full view to make a clear decision on weather the color works for them or not before ordering. All of the staff at this location are courtesy and super friendly. Rico was the absolute best . I was nervous about getting glasses but he helped to put my mind at ease . He was very sociable and accommodating. 10/10 would highly recommend.

My first time coming here was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me along the way and made me aware of pricing upfront. The woman who helped me pick out new frames was very patient and helpful. She helped me find the right size/style for my face and even brought out other options from the back that had not been put out on the floor yet. She let me take my time trying on frames and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Dr Patel was also great and explained to me that I have an astigmatism, which is something no optometrist had told me before and it definitely made everything make sense for what I was experiencing.
