Update - 3/4/2024Had an issue with the blower motor on my a/c unit that caused the system to quit. Reached out to 32 Degrees as they were the company who handled my original installation. Ben arrived promptly the morning after I had reached out (I had contacted them after hours the previous evening). He identified the problem immediately and Marisol promptly had a new part on order. As soon as the part arrived, Marisol called to schedule an installation appointment for early the following Monday. I am so thankful to Ben and his team for their meticulous work in replacing all my ductwork and reinstalling both my HVAC systems the correct way. Ben was wonderful and highly recommended by my industrial hygienist. If you’re an environmentally sensitive person like myself you’re in great hands as Ben will do everything possible to give you the best indoor air quality. Marisol and Ben were always prompt with communication and answered all my questions. Very thankful for all their hard work and they have my highest recommendation thanks for everything!
