I feel compelled to leave a review because of how much I love it here. An amazing studio all around. All the teachers I’ve been lucky enough to practice with are elite instructors and each have their own great style without being pretentious. Very accepting and welcoming place overall. Also, thank you so much for all of the late classes!! I work in Tampa and really love and appreciate being able to come back home to St. Pete and make it to a class after work.
Shahar's hot power vinyasa class was a transformative experience, blending chakra pressure points, balance, breath work, meditation, and strength seamlessly. His expertise created a harmonious balance of physical challenge and spiritual connection.From the start, Shahar's calming presence set the tone. Dynamic poses targeted chakra points, promoting balance and alignment. Attended the Sound Bath and Chill class last night. The “sound” part of the class was truly amazing and Dillon , our teacher was the best ! I would recommend this class for older folks like me who may have some physical limitations but it is also a great class for anyone needing some serious stress relief . Can’t recommend this class enough. Monday nights @7:30
