Love this gym! I've only been going a few weeks and can already tell a difference. Can't believe I drove past so many times before actually trying it. It's tough for beginners but the trainers and instructors are all very helpful with learning the proper techniques, proper form and keeping the proper pace. Very happy with the results so far and can't wait to keep transforming my body with Studio Physique!
Best workout and I’ve tried them all! I needed something that was going to tone my body and push me in new ways and this is it! No need to be apprehensive, On your first day arrive early and the instructor will show you everything you need to know and will help you throughout. Highly recommend!
I took my first class today; at the studio and Pilates in general. Paige was my instructor and she was the BEST. She was so inviting and sweet which made me feel so comfortable because like I said, I’d never done it before. She also had such a motivating attitude. The class kicked my butt in the best way possible, I feel so good after! I wish I could take the class everyday. Thanks for a great first class, Paige!
