I can not tell you how happy I am that this place was recommended to me. Their name is 100% suitable for the services they provide - trouble free. Even during my initial call (with Sandy) to make an appointment, I felt the stress melt away.

I felt lost. I'd e-filed with an IRS provided website and it came up with a balance of $5075 owed. I reluctantly opted to pay electronically and transferred the funds. a week later i received an email saying there'd been a syntax error and my return hadn't been processed. I tried to print the return to mail it in but it wouldn't print. I procrastinated until I forgot about it and 7 months later tried to start over and came up owing over $7000. So I called "Our trouble free tax service" and they met with me after work. She stayed late for me bout in only 20-30 min she'd finished and I only owed $2700.
