Great small group classes and personal training. Awesome gym dog, real community built around progress and achievement. Owner Jake is extremely welcoming and supportive of all levels of fitness.

Jake and his trainers are excellent. They care about form, technique, and overall health. Friendly atmosphere for people in all ranges of health, age, and lifestyles. Strongly recommend this gym for personal training or bootcamp style workouts.

Such a great gym for personal training. They also do boot camp. Travis is an amazing motivator and extremely knowledgeable personal trainer. He is so good at personalizing your work outs and tailoring your nutritional needs exactly to what your body needs to meet your goals. Jake, the owner, is always nice. This place is so inclusive of anyone. Everyone is welcome from all walks off life, age, fitness level (trust me, I'm not fit at all), sex, sexual orientation, anyone. The only thing not allowed is a quitting attitude. I've never felt unwelcome. It feels like a new home for working out. You just walk in and get started. Great place! Definitely recommend!
