Absolutely the best vets you could ever go to! After spending money on a vet who only wanted money, Bay Pines knew exactly what was wrong with my cat and for weeks after my visit, she kept in contact with me via calls and texts to make sure my sick cat was doing better and she went out of her way to help my other cats from not getting sick also! Such great service and such courteous and kind, compassionate people. Will never go to another vet ever!

I have been to this vet a few times and I can not begin to express my gratitude to this place. EVERYONE here puts so much effort and care into there treatment. This is a mom and pop place, really great prices my cat is worth the world but it really helps to know I don’t have to break my wallet to get her quality care!!!

During the last tropical storm my kitty became gravely ill with kitty kidney stones. This vet was the only one open and they saved my cat with antibiotics and a new cat food. They were compassionate that I didn't even have a job and had my own medical bills and didn't even charge the emergency rate. Wonderful people who love to save animals.
