“OK. I've been renting from Broderick & Associates nearly 5 years and everytime I've reached out to them in regards to any maintenance issues, etc...they are prompt, courteous and professional. If I have any questions I simply pick up the phone call & Ms. Ruth is attentive & caring. Ms. Bobbie is nice & friendly gets on any issues right away, the maintenance staff LeAnn (I don't know the names of the others, sorry) are pleasant kind considerate & they come in and get the job done & cleanup after themselves. If I had any concerns it would be to see some of the units upgraded but I understand times are tough right now for everyone and I'm sure that this is something they'd like to do in the future too but in the mean time I have a roof over my head, my neighbors and I watch out for one another and I feel safe.“
