I CANNOT disagree with negative reviews more. I literally just left and had a great morning here. I don't even live in the state and have already mentally decided this is my new dentist. The manager and front desk - so nice. The front desk girl is going to school to be a hygienist and is so excited about the field which is great to see. I saw 2 hygienists - male (didn't catch his name) and Krista. Both awesome. He was thorough and pleasant and she was also thorough and spent time explaining and not shaming - love that. The imaging they did for my teeth was all hi-tech and painless. The explanations and time they spend with me - not rushed. The doctor, she's so sweet and again - thorough. The proper amount of small talk yet business was comforting and efficient. I saw someone mention upgrades or upselling? Sure. They are a business as everyone else is! All doctors are. If you don't want it - say no! I never felt pressured to spend money, they offer payment plans and care credit. I told them what I wanted and what I didn't. Done. I go back next week for my follow-up and I'm honestly excited to go (weirdly enough) because it was just a nice morning with people that seem to care about their patients and what they do.

So, this place just recently opened up just around the corner for my home and my wife and I have been looking for a new dentist since our old one doesn't take our new insurance. I was the first to go as I needed to get some minor issues looked at and I knew that I needed a cleaning. First off, the online forms made things so much easier. No more waiting around the place filling out the forms at the office. I had them done in probably less than five minutes and just brought them in. The building is nice and clean, and the staff are all really very friendly. I have been back for a couple of fillings and treatments and I like the setup and they make me feel comfortable, so I plan to keep coming back. Cost is very affordable with my insurance and I like that they have accommodated my need to come in to get a filling that left me with a slightly uneven biting surface fixed so quickly too.
