I had a really great first experience here! I met my mom for Manis and Pedis, and we were quickly seated. My tech, T.N., and my mom's tech were great! Friendly, personable, and professional. Both techs did a great job and were super thorough. My mom had been here before and her gel manicure lasted for 4 weeks, so I am excited to see how long mine lasts. I appreciated their work and look forward to going back!Services: Manicure

Called today to make appt. for a pedicure. When I got there, I greeted the staff when I entered - no response. I then said I have an appt - no response. I chose my color and sat. John gestured me over to a chair and was very nice and did a wonderful job. As I left to pay the cashier, she just stated the amount, I gave her the money and she asked if I wanted change and I told her I did. She goes in the back to get change and comes back and doesn't even look at me when she hands it to me and never even says "thank you" - nothing. I then walk over to tip John and leave. John was great! The lady staff - no personality. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Starting coming here a few years ago and loved it... stopped coming just because i'm not consistent with my nails and a few new spots opened up closer to my home... needless to say i've had an awful experience with every other salon so came back here and i have no idea why i ever left! Amazing.
