Absolutely wonderful experience at Animal Medical Clicic St Johns! As a new client with a sick kitty, I couldn’t imagine bringing my animals to any other place now! They were able to get my cat in quickly in the morning after I called (even on a surgery day). As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The technicians were so caring and took such good care of my cat. You could feel the love and passion they have for animals instantly! Test results, treatment, and pricing was all communicated very clearly up front and explained in detail so I didn’t have additional questions. My friend recommended Dr Hills office as soon as she met my new puppy, and I’m so glad she did. As soon as I walked in, I felt like a lifelong customer and family friend. The staff was amazingly attentive and so kind to my puppy. Dr Hill blew me away with her thoroughness in explaining everything to me. I’ve had dogs my entire life, (and I ain’t no spring chicken) and no one has ever explained to me the details behind what to expect after a puppy vaccine, and the whys, and the what to do’s, in such detail. She was so easy to talk to and I know my puppy is in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Hill, and her team!
Freindly, well trained, exceptional staff from front desk to all medical staff. They are impressive and make the pets comfortable and provide the best possible care for them. Highly recomended!
