Kind staff. Exam was quick and efficient. Decent selection of frames, but they were all so boring and bland. There were a few pairs there were cute and bright, but mostly neutral colors.

Update: Bumping up to 4 stars from 1 star. Corporate reached out to me and offered to resolve my issue. As a result I went to another Dr. at their Mandarin location who worked with me over 2 sessions to find contacts prescription that worked for me, at no extra cost. The Durbin location then exchanged my right eye contacts for my new prescription. I see pretty well with my new prescription. We’ve been coming to this location since it came to the Durbin shopping center. Shawn, Rohan, Lisa, Briana and Dr. Patel made our most recent experience pleasant and unforgettable. They provided the best customer service and practiced the most patience with our indecisiveness. The team made us feel like the only customers.
