Joanne is certainly a master at her craft. She was extremely professional and thorough at explaining her service. It was really easy to book an appointment online and I was sent several reminders before hand. After my eyebrow consultation she waxed them and made sure my expectations were meet. She also gave me a free eyebrow tint as part of my first time consultation. I would definitely return for my upkeep

As an esthetician myself, I have to say I do likely have a more critical review. The waxing service I received from Joanne was truly the best I’ve had in nearly 20 years. Her technique, the facility and even the after care products and instructions were truly the single best I have EVER experienced!!!! I will absolutely be returning.

I’ve been with Joanne for more than 3 years and will likely never change. It’s important to know that I started going to Joanne on my lunch break as my office was 10 min from her studio. My office moved to Tampa and I promise you the drive is worth it! She is so skilled and knowledgeable and experienced! To top it off, her bedside manner and personality is amazing! She treats each of her customers like they are her friends and remembers us all very well. You would not be disappointed in any skin care service you receive, especially the wax!
