It was a great experience for us to work with Martin from start to finish on our backyard upgrade. Martin was professional, responsive, timely, and most importantly, delivered quality work. We were particularly impressed with his attention to detail. Everyone who comes over immediately comments on our lanai stone covered wall, which includes a built-in fireplace and a mounted TV. Note: If you are interested in reading an honest, thorough, and extremely positive review, I invite you to read on and to look no further: As well all know, it can be a daunting process to try to source the best possible service-provider for whatever your needs may be at a given time. In my experience, a referral is a great place to start. Unfortunately, I didn’t have one for the kind of work I was looking to contract. Fortunately, by the power of social media, I happened upon Martin and after reviewing the quality of his work, I was immediately convinced that hiring someone with the proven, necessary skillset (vs. a company where I was likely going to compete for their time and attention) was the best way to go. If you are still reading, consider THIS your referral. Immediately upon submitting a RFQ, Martin contacted me by phone and from that point on I had a direct line of communication with him. The very next day he was able to stop by my place to discuss the projects in question, offer his professional opinion and expertise, the WHY behind it, and both my wife and I were sold. Martin was able to schedule us rather quickly and we were immediately impressed by his work ethic, hustle (each day was an honest, hard day’s work), and the validation / gratification of knowing the quality of his work was clearly translated and evident in our projects. From Day 1, he was communicative and involved us in the process; ensuring we understood WHY things were done a certain way and that we were happy with it. Note: For someone as particular as myself, it was a refreshing relief having full confidence and trust in his ability to bring everything to life. Every morning he would text us with his ETA and he was spot on. I must say, we looked forward to his presence and to watch the progress of each day unfold into the pics he shared in the respective posts. Martin was very professional and completed our needed repairs within a timely manner. He also was able to provide us either important information regarding future projects and the best options for our projects. Highly recommend and look forward to working with him in the near future.
