I was looking for a computer repair place and found Erik on the Internet. His reviews were great and when I called him he told me I could come immediately. In a few minutes he found the problem and even ordered the damaged part for me, as I do not know how to order from Amazon. He and his lovely daughter are very helpful and they are just very nice people. The price was great too. I am very happy that I choose him. Thanks Erik!
Going to Mr. Crispen and his assistant was a very educational experience. Mr. Crispen could have resolved my issue, but let me know that the investment would have been costly. He assessed my computer right in front of me, ran a diagnostic, and gave me extra information on how to move forward in search for a new laptop. He was very professional and I will be going back to him and his partner.
