Muhammad (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) is a rockstar. Extremely personable, professional, and straight to the point. He is a great dental hygienist who took care of all my needs and areas of concern. I cannot commend him enough.
The procedure, step by step, was explained in detail. Mohammad was professional, gentle and frequently asked my status. The local anesthesia worked perfectly.
The staff was accommodating and efficient.
Receptionist was very polite, positive, & knowledgeable. Even when a client was yelling at her.. very good customer skills. Gentleman that was going to take my xrays, was very polite as well. The doctor was through,
if that was the doctor, she was very rushed & didnt introduce herself, had broken english so I could of missed it. I only gave a 4 because the wait was very long. Seems they needed another doctor in the house. Also the floor seemed dirty, or stained. The front doors & glass on the doors were filthy, not a good impression. But I'm
tired of searching for a denist, I hope this will be my forever home for dentistry.
