I called Rapid Xtractors, LLC after a water damage incident at my rental property. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and how patient they were to walk me through resolving the issue. responsive and worked outside the office hours to respond to my questions. They completed the agreed work within 3 days and more importantly within my budget. They wasn’t overbearing or pushy like most companies I’ve encountered and I appreciated the fact they returned to my home 21 days later just to ensure everything was in order and I had no further concerns. Overall a professional company to work with and I highly recommend them.Services: Water damage-related mold removal

We had a water pipe break in our bathroom. From the first time I called this company I got the Professionalism & Attentiveness you do too get from other companies. Also, they put my worries at ease and managed toy water loss from start to finish through build-back. Rapid Xtractors, LLC have a customer for life from me and I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

After finding a serious mold issue in our home we contacted several remediation companies. Rapid Extractors came to our site and developed a thorough mitigation protocol referencing our independent air quality test results. The mitigation plan was complete and well developed. The owner and the crew were professional and exemplary throughout the process. Kenya Frost communicated with us throughout explaining the process and what we could do to ensure all protocol was followed. She communicated with our independent air quality tester to ensuring a timely after mitigation test. It was a meeting of science and excellent customer service. We highly recommend RapidXtractors for any project. I hope we have no need for mold mitigation in the future but my first call would be to RapidXtractors. The Knox/Ireland family.
