I have never found one to be so on top of everything, so diligent, so communicative and very easy to work with as I did with Michael, Krystal and Palm Home Improvement. It was a struggle getting board approval and Michael never gave up. He persevered, even when I was ready to give up. Michael's work is beautiful, and very professional. He make sure that everything is perfect before he closes the job. Even if you do have an issue, he's on top of it and very willing to come in and fix what needs to be repaired.
