“I have been coming to Gailderm since 2021 and have entrusted them with many cosmetic treatments and they have truly helped me to look and feel better. This is not the place to go if you want wam bam cheap botox, this is a place you go to have a keen eye and Cigdem’s artistic ability to show you possibilities IF you adhere to their advice & recommendations. I am extremely picky about injections as I have hooded eyelids and have lost over 40lbs. (I can credit Cigdem and Rami for the weight loss help as well- they have a whole program that really works-definitely inquire!) Yes, this place is higher priced but you also receive five star, diamond level service. This is not your run of the mill place nor should you trust just anyone with your face. Cigdem, Rami, Alex, Ashley have all made me feel like part of their family. They have helped me feel better in times of extreme grief and provided top tier support and guidance and professionalism every single time. I also struggle with anxiety and her team is amazing with proven techniques to get you through. I don’t trust anyone else & love watching them succeed because they truly deserve all of their success. They are good people and talented professionals. Highly recommend Alex for her facials, her whole vibe is soothing. Cigdem and Rami make you feel like family & are down to earth despite being top 50 best in the country!! Cigdem travels and trains other experts in her field! Long story short, worth every dollar. If you feel you need a revision or more, Cigdem is always honest about any “leftover product” and happy to give it to you. (That’s why I don’t agree with the one star review saying otherwise-she doesn’t skimp on you). If you need a revision, more time, more product, they want you to be happy, so just ask. “Highly recommend this med spa! I'm always nervous about getting injections but the second I walked into Venus Med Spa I was greeted so kindly and immediately felt comfortable. Antonella took time talking to me and answering all of my questions. She was very gentle during the injections and personally followed up with me after. Very reasonably priced.
