The roof replacement was mandated by my Homeowners Association and each homeowner was allowed to hire whoever they wanted. A good rule of thumb with projects like this is to not hire the most expensive company, but also be wary of the least expensive company. LeVay came in with an extremely fair price (on the lower end, too) and after discussion, assured me he would not go over the estimated cost. This was a big deal for me, as many people get price quotes on their roof and halfway through the project the contractor asks for more money. LeVay ain’t about that. He’s fair, professional and affable. So that’s my second point – LeVay is a consummate professional that takes pride in his work and his product. He is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He is always available via text or phone call and you’ll always know exactly where you stand during the entirely of the construction project. I would strongly recommend YaVel Roofing and Construction and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received.“
