I was recently told by my regular a/c technician, while making a service call, that 1 of the roof a/c units at my office had a small hole in the condenser coil and was leaking freon. Because the coil was made of aluminum, he said it was not repairable: I would need either a new coil or an entire new unit. Both options would have been multiple thousands of dollars. This is not even my a/c unit: it belongs to the landlord, but the lease is written that the tenant is responsible for the a/c units. I searched online, of course, and found some postings of repairs of holes in aluminum a/c coils. Great service and fast! The gentleman on the phone was very honest and helpful and the technician was amazing. He was so quick to diagnose the issue and fixed it in under 20 minutes! I've never been so happy with what started out as a big problem! Thanks again guys!
