After my AC went out, I reached out to a few companies, everyone was trying to sell me a new AC unit telling me my AC “revolv” is not a brand they can get parts for and if they try (condenser coil) I would need to basically wait til next year. I was in a state of panic as I knew that had to be crazy as we purschased our home brand new in 2019 and our unit was suppose to be under warranty. The company I called couldn’t find my warranty and told me I didn’t have warranty. This made me a bit upset. These installed my air conditioner in 2021. Had it serviced by another company in 2022 and they said it was a " great installation ". In our traditional house with flat roof. Just had ceedee come to service it in 2023 and they said all was good. Cleaned coils and drain etc. and said there was some wear but all good. He said no need to change filter just yet. Which would have been easy money if he wanted to increase the cost. Two hours and $80 is great value in my book. Hope this visit does not jinx it and the thing fails when outside it is 100f
