Two months ago I received the news that all pet parents dread hearing - my 12 year old dog’s suspicious oral mass (that we thought was from a tooth access) was positive for a malignant tumor. My world ended that day. I met with the oncologist, which was a horrible experience, and almost gave up hope - until I went to Access and met with Dr. Flynn. He told me that he would be able to do a partial jaw removal and that dogs are able to eat the next day, and totally heal from this surgery in 2-3 weeks. He did not disappoint. I brought my dog here due to him losing his sight unexpectedly. I was an emotional wreck at 6am but the staff here didn’t judge and were very attentive, caring and helpful. They provided the care my dog needed for me in contact with the best eye specialist in the area.
The staff at Access is truly one of a kind. They care for your animals as if they are their own. Our dog Enzo, only 3 years old, went through a crazy couple of months and at times we weren’t even sure if we would be taking him home again. It was a nightmare but knowing he was in good hands made the world of a difference. I cannot thank the team enough, Dr, Flynn and all his staff, you saved our dog. My family and I will forever be grateful.
