L5/S1 impingement with radiculopathy.Pain is constant with constant constriction of muscles in lower back.In two visits with Sierra she enabled my body to relax and with some dynamic stretching that gave me relief from the pain.She was highly skilled and knowledgeable and gave me confidence in her where I had none before.Thank you Sierra!
