Sierra is very knowledgeable, informative and an absolute pro at what she does. I almost don’t want to let the secret out to keep our appointments available lol. Sierra really understands the muscular-skeletal structure and systemic interventions to release pain and heal inflammation. I have seen her for deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching and more. She fixed the pain in my husband's arthritic shoulder and hip. I had stem cell therapy to heal the inflammation and torn cartilage in my knees and saw Sierra for AIS stretching afterwards. Her AIS stretching exercises and other body work she chose were simple, deep, and effective. She helped me recover quickly: in <3 weeks of stem cell injections my knees had recovered the full range of motion without pain - she was far more effective than physical therapy.
