Yesterday I waited over 4 hours for roadside assistance because my keys were locked in the car with it running. It was nearly 100 degrees and I didn't have anywhere to go inside. I gave up and called pop a lock, explained my situation and a technician was there within 25-30 minutes which is how long it took to my location. Unlocked AND jump started my car quickly so I could get home. Definitely recommend
It is my special pleasure to commend Chris,the locksmith,for the great job he did. He showed up promptly,was professional ,knowledgeable and personable. These are rare qualities to find in most people today, particularly in someone so young. Despite the lateness of the job and having to work on a week-end , he was very accommodating and affable. My car was stolen, key included. I called to get my car re-keyed and keys replaced. Brian was able to come the very same day. He was on time, extremely professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable of his craft. Brian spent 4 hours on my truck with the utmost care (those chevys are painful to work with). He was very thorough and showed me exactly how the new keys were cut differently- granting me peace of mind that the thief’s cannot come back and try again.
