“I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Zivel. I was greeted by Destiney and Sage who were incredible with educating us on each service. They speak with enthusiasm when discussing the benefits of each service offered and answered all of our questions.My daughter tried float therapy for her anxiety and stress related to her daily challenges with being autistic. She really enjoyed the peace of floating in silence and felt completely relaxed while in the pod. (Something that is very rare for her.)I tried the infrared sauna and cryotherapy. The sauna was my favorite and surprisingly at 150 degrees, I did not sweat. Cryotherapy was also quite enjoyable, and I can see how it would really benefit a specific muscle target if I were experiencing any pain or fatigue.
