Only because I can't give a zero. This guy is so unprofessional biggest mistake made in my life contracting him. The pictures posted on this site must be out of a catalog because he did lawncare for our rental property and the results were terrible. He will also tell you he does flooring and other work but don't trust that either. We paid for 2 bathrooms to be refloored and lawn/trees care service and after 2 months nothing was done but tile removal. We lost money and now have to pay another vendor to fix/repair the damages James made to our property. His crew is a bunch of people from the streets or neighborhood friends who have no experience. I am very astonished of the creation. It looks more like art than just landscaping service. Very glad that I found James Christian Landscaping & Tree Service. Everybody is very friendly. The customer service is amazing as well as the guys who worked over the yard.
