Beacon Roof & Exterior Cleaning

This is the 3rd year in a row we have used Beacon to clean a portion of the roofs in our Villa community. They have always given us the fairest pricing as we get a number of quotes each year. The Service from the estimate through completion is outstanding. The communication and timeliness has made this process very smooth. I have waited a few weeks to see if we had any issues with plants or residual chemical. Nothing reported... extremely satisfied customers. (Stadium Villas) Viera.

I had Beacon to pressure wash, sand and seal my back patioWarren did an amazing job!The patio was a mess with rust stains and weedsI definitely would recommend them again !And Amanda scheduled me to my convenience!Thank you Warren !

This is the second time they have cleaned my roof. The first time the service was great and it was just as good the second time. I would not hesitate to use them. They are responsive, on time, and do a great job.
