The staff and doctor were very kind and understanding when we had to put our cat to sleep here on a Sunday. But we waited a looooong time! I understand there is only one doctor and a shift change (maybe add another doc to busy times?) and I also understand that critical emergencies come in and have to be seen ahead of others. We were told several times that we would be seen soon and that didn't happen. For this simple procedure I think we could have gotten in a bit sooner. But I appreciate the professionalism otherwise.
I' was freaking out and called the hospital. a very nice lady named Heather answered. she was able to calm me down with ease and peace of mind. wich in that moment was very valuable. thank you , Heather for just being you.
We were staying in Titusville last week and had a sick dog. Dr. McGrath and the rest of the staff were great! Max was feeling much better a day or two after taking the prescribed meds. I appreciated the thoughtful and careful examination of the situation from the tech and doctor. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion in a stressful situation (sick dog, hurricane, etc), we appreciate you!!
