We love 365 Pool Service. They take wonderful care of our pool (thank youIsaiah). Our salt cell needed raplacing and Johnny was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

I feared the worst - pool was losing water at an incredible rate. Johnny came and quickly assessed the situation; he figured out there was a leak from a solar heating system that was removed before I bought my house. He made sense of all the unnecessarily complex PVC I was confronted with, and re-plumbed it to solve the leak problem, eliminate unused solar piping, and make sense of the multiple valves and their optimal settings. Customer service is not dead yet!!! Thanks Johnny and 365

Being a fairly new pool owner this was the first time I had to make a decision on who to call for repair service. After several recommendations and endless research I decided to call 365 pool service. I was greeted by alli and she promply and kindly set an appointment for service. The gentleman, Tommy was on time, courteous and very professional and experienced. The diagnosis was a faulty sensor and he took the time to file a warranty claim in my behalf in which I didn't even know I had! He could have completed the repair and charged me but he walked me through the claim and it was fixed at no charge five days later! Now they have a customer for life and I really... read full review
