“It was just good luck that we were able to work with Nicole! We live outside of Florida( North GA) and were interested in purchasing a condo in FL we saw for sale online. Nicole was the realtor that responded to our email and we are so thankful for her! We initially flew down to FL for an extended weekend to see the condo we were interested in and a few others we had picked out. She picked us up at our hotel and drove us to view each one. She never rushed or pressured us. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Even though we didn’t choose to purchase any of the condos we saw on that trip Nicole was very patient and helped us to find our perfect home at the beach! She kept us updated with links to all new listings that fit what we were looking for and she even went to those we really liked and did a walk through video for us until we found the perfect one! We were also not able to personally be at the closing but Nicole made sure everything was taken care of for us.
